What You Can Request
You may request deletion of your Diabetic Complication Predictor account and associated personal information, including profile information and health information associated with the account, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
How to Request Deletion
Open the App and go to Profile / Account Settings → Delete Account if the deletion option is available in your version.
If you cannot access the App, send a deletion request to support@diabeticcomplicationpredictor.com using the subject Account Deletion Request.
Provide the email address associated with your account and enough information for us to locate the account. Do not send passwords or unnecessary medical information.
We may request reasonable verification before deleting an account to prevent unauthorised deletion.
Identity Verification
Because health information may be sensitive, we may need to verify that a request is made by the account holder or an authorised person. We will use verification information only as reasonably necessary to process the request and protect the account.
Information We May Need to Retain
Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, for fraud/security prevention, financial or transaction records, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or other legitimate legal purposes. Retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes where the law requires limitation.
Processing and Confirmation
We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period. The actual time may depend on account verification, system backups, legal obligations and technical requirements. When deletion is completed, we will provide confirmation where appropriate.
