2. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you. If you create an account on behalf of another person or use professional features, you confirm that you have the necessary authority.
3. What the App Provides
The App may provide diabetes-related health information, health tracking, risk assessment, image-based assessments, reports, diet-related guidance, reminders, educational content and AI-assisted responses. Features may change, be unavailable in some regions, or require an account.
4. Medical and Health Use
The App is intended for informational, educational and health-support purposes. App-generated assessments are estimates based on information available to the system and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular person.
You must not use the App as the sole basis for diagnosing a condition, changing medication, delaying treatment, or making an emergency medical decision. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis, treatment, medication changes and interpretation of medical results.
5. AI-Assisted Features
Some features may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems to generate responses, summaries, recommendations or image-based assessments. AI output can contain errors, omissions or inappropriate conclusions. You are responsible for independently verifying important health information with a qualified healthcare professional.
AI output is not a medical diagnosis or professional medical advice. Do not rely on an AI response in an emergency.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation.
- Do not upload content that you are not legally entitled to submit.
- Do not use the App to make decisions for another person unless you are authorised and qualified to do so.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
7. Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity occurring through your account, except where caused by our own security failure.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its software, branding, visual design, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to ShivAura and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShivAura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance or material violation of these Terms. Account and data deletion requests are handled according to our Data Deletion process and Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms will be interpreted under the laws applicable to ShivAura and the user's jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived.
